Terms and Conditions

Booking terms and conditions

Where possible 5/10 days notice is required for large event.

To book the services of yourdayyoursay, complete the booking form and return to: info@yourdayyoursay.co.uk

Once a booking form is received, a confirmation email will be sent from yourdayyoursay an invoice will be sent 12 days prior to the booking date.

Deposit

A deposit of 40% of the total balance cost is required as a deposit at time of booking.

The full balance for your event is required 7 days before your event date

Payments accepted

  • Personal or Business Cheque – 2 weeks before your event
  • Cash – 7 days before your event

Cancellation

  • All changes made more than 48 hours in advance of the booking date will incur charge of 30%
  • A full cancellation more than 48 hours prior to booking date will incur a minimum 40% charge of the full booking fee
  • A full cancellation less than 48 hours prior to booking date will be charged in full.

If you cancel or postpone within 2 weeks of the event it is unlikely we will be able to offer this date to anyone else. We may also have incurred expenses booking a facilitator to discuss and plan the event with you. For this reason all events cancelled within 2 weeks of the date of the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50%.

Should you wish to postpone an event the same charges will apply but 50% will be deducted from the event costs claimed following the final event.

Costs must be agreed with Your Day Your Say before we can agree to run the event. Costs are determined according to the resources required to run the event.
